The APOlandia Property Co. is owned by the exclusive members property owners and the major stock holders are the APO- Industrialists of a well to do Alpha Phi Omega International service organization members.
It was founded by Ferdie M Tampi for the purpose of helping less fortunate members of the organization. The profits of this project will be donated to the organization's noble project mainly service to the community. The project will be operational in the year 2015.
