Jojie’s Catering Services Inc. traces its humble beginnings at the Mendoza family kitchen Malate, Manila. In the early 80′s, Jojie Mendoza was already cooking her way into the hearts of her Friends and Acquaintances by whipping up scrumptious food for their parties. Enticed by Family, and Friends. And encouraged by the growing number of clients going to her. She formally opened a simple catering business in 1986. Over the years, her natural culinary skills, combined with her eagerness to learn and improve. Transformed her modest business into one of the more recognized names in the catering industry today.
